Ok I'm rating service and product. Wow this is my first time ordering with Express gift service, I rate them 6 stars out of 5. This is the best online ordering service I have ever dealt with. My gift for my parents was a last minuite decision, I ordered in the USA in the morning of Friday and it was delivered by 3:15pm the next day (Saturday) to my parents in the UK. Talk about being impressed!!! I've never known a company to be so speedy with their processing and delivering of a product, and completely staying in touch through emails with the process of the order. Delivery costs were extremely reasonable. I will definitely be using this company again!!!!

well iam happy with overall service but i selected this package because it showed Chocolate box with heart shape, when delivered it was different box and it was definitely not HEART Shape, which was disappointing other than that it was a perfect service and iam very happy with the service i received.
