Staff were very helpful especially when I needed to change the delivery address close to the delivery date. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was re-confirmed perfectly. Delivery service was excellent with driver arriving within stated delivery window and also assisting with getting the (heavy) basket into the house.

I sent this basket as a gift, it arrived punctually and well packed on the requested day . The printed ribbon was a lovely touch and the recipient was thrilled with the selection and presentation of the basket. The gift was lovely, as described and arrived the following day after ordering. Unfortunately the best before date was 2/3/21, which only allowed 3 days for consumption! As this was a gift for someone, this was not at all satisfactory. After calling express gifts and explaining the situation they told us to email with some photos which we did straight away. We hard back within an hour and we’re told to keep the gift and we were refunded in full. Excellent customer service.
