The fruit basket I ordered was for a gift. I placed an order the day before after finding next day delivery seemed standard, which was great. The order process was so simple and I received regular emails with updates. The morning of delivery I was sent a one hour time slot, the name of the delivery driver and informed of the delivery process due to Covid 19. This was so helpful as I could tell my friend when to expect the delivery and she was reassured about social distancing.

Website could be improved Ie. CITY, not everyone lives in a city and to continue with the order we have to put in something else. Also the home telephone number, not everyone has a home number and again you can’t continue. I think some people would give in and not order with you which would be a shame.

I ordered the hamper as congratulations gift for my niece and her fiancé for the birth of their first child. The website was easy to navigate and the email communications confirming the order and updated me on delivery progress was excellent.

Very well received and in excellent condition. Made the birthday person very happy. I had made a mistake with the house number and my family member had to go and pick up her present from a neighbor but it was extremely helpful to have the pictures so we could figure out where it was delivered.
