  Ordered as a gift for an ill friend. I ordered from Amsterdam to be delivered in the UK. The process was fast and simple. I was given an opportunity to specify how to leave the gift basket at the house. I was told the time within an hour window for delivery, it arrived right on time and they sent me a picture of the basket in the open door of my friends house. She is very pleased with it and so am I! Would order from them again. Price was very reasonable compared to other sights. Thanks!

  My order was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address, but when I contacted the company, this was resolved for me within less than 24 hours and with no fuss. Despite the mistake, the level of customer service and time taken to respond to my problem has been excellent. I would use this company again.

  The website was easy to use. there is a good selection to choose from. ordering is easy and there is information about where the order is. The information about delivery is excellent as it gives you a 1 hour slot so you know exactly when it will arrive.

  Arrived on time, thank you. However it would have been reassuring to have received an email or text acknowledging the order. I had to ring up twice, once to discover what to do about an order wanted for a Sunday (had to be delivered on Saturday) and a second time to make sure the order had been received. Can’t comment on the cake itself.

My son and daughter-in-law both NHS staff, and my grandchildren go to school when mum And daddy working, so when they come home need quality time with kids and homeschooling to fit in besides usual household chores. They were finding difficulty getting nice fruit so were delighted with this and said very fresh. We are so far away here and can’t be of any help so keep sending little treats. Also so worried in case they pick this virus . So we will order again as they were delighted with quality. Thankyou.

  A heartfelt thanks to Express Gift Service. The Lockdown meant that plans to visit my father in law in Dorset had to be scrapped.
